necessary, replace the Fuse.
The instruction manual for the
replacement is described in point 4.2.

Testing the oven
After correct installation of the oven it is important to ensure
that the oven works properly, isn’t damaged and has no safety
defects. Testing can only be done
by the employee or another authorized person and is mandatory
to guarantee correct installation and safe usage of the oven. If
any irregularities regarding
functionality or safety are found during testing, these have to be
noted and reported to Technotape International in written form
within 7 days. Until clarification the oven cannot be used.
Information and Education
The employer has to make arrangements to give all information
about the function and the range of application to the user. In
particular the user needs to be acquainted with the complete
manual and be explicitly informed of the dangers of working with
the oven. The details have to be explained in a coherent
form and language.
Safety Distance and Ventilation
The oven has to be installed in a place which gives enough
space on both sides to put the material on. The space in front
of the oven has to be wide enough to let nothing disturb the
user at work. Using the oven with certain materials may create a
strong smell. That’s why the user should evaluate the need for a
ventilation system at the workplace.
Safety Intructions
• The oven should only be used by trained personnel after noti-
ce of this manual.
• Only one person is allowed to work on the oven at the time.
• Beware of the inside of the oven - the risk of burns may occur.
• The power cable has to be pulled out of the power outlet for
maintenance.
• Do not connect this oven to any other outlet (socket) than tho-
se equipped with ground-fault protection ELCB (Earth Leakage
Circuit Breaker).

Open the drawer to place the unprinted sublimation products on the production jigs.
Then place the printed 3D foil and make sure that the foil is placed correctly (see ima-
ge 3.5.13). The foil must be placed under the lips.
NOTE:
Print the image onto the matte side of the 3D Foil and let it dry for at least one
production run.
Close the drawer and the pre-heating time will start counting down (see image 3.5.14).
After the foil pre-heating time is finished the process timer will start automatically (see
image 3.5.15). Vacuum is measured in the oven by a transmitter. The measured value
is displayed (see image 3.5.16). The vacuum has to be within the green range. It’s
important for the process that there is enough vacuum.

Image 3.5.17
When the process is finished the drawer will open automatically, remove the film and
remove the finished products from the production jigs. The display will return
to Ready (see image 3.5.17) and you can start a new cycle.
3.5 Get Started

4.1 Maintainance
Switch off the oven and take the power
cable out of the wall outlet. The oven
must be cooled before any maintenance.
4.2 Replacing the Main Fuse
If the oven does not work and the main switch is on, check the main fuse.
To change the main fuse; switch off the oven and pull out the plug of the wall outlet. The oven must be completely cooled down. The
main fuse 10A is placed on the motherboard, which is placed under the hood on the right side of the oven (see image 4.2.1)
Remove the hood from the oven to take out the broken fuse (see image 4.2.2).
Replace with a new fuse (see image 4.2.3). Replace the hood of the oven and put the plug back in and switch on the oven to check
the fuse.
