your recipe.

Thermostat - Fig.
This lets you set the temperature from
80°C to 250°C or 260°C*.

You can change your settings during
cooking. With grill position*.

Timer* - Fig.
Once you have activated the timer and the
thermostat is switched on, the pilot light or
interior lighting* comes on and the oven is
functioning.
This allows you to set the cooking time
from 0 to 120 minutes.
When the programmed time has finished,
the timer rings and the oven stops
automatically.

You can interrupt cooking at any time by
returning the timer to zero.
For times under 25 minutes, turn the knob
to 30 minutes and then bring it back to the
required time.

On/Off switch* - Fig.
For switching cooking on (I) or off (O).

Interior lighting*
For easy supervision of cooking, your
oven is always lit as soon as it is in
operation (timer or on/off switch
activated).

Pilot on/off light*
This lights up as soon as you activate the
timer or on/off switch.

Reversible 8 position rack - Fig.
You can place the rack at 4 different
heights. By turning it over, you have
4 additional levels.
Refer to the recipes, the position to use is
indicated.

Tips and Features

Choose your bakeware in accordance with
the internal measurements of your oven.

Cooking times may vary depending on
weight, size or thickness as well as initial
temperature of foodstuffs. They can be
changed to suit individual tastes.

5 minutes are enough to reach 240°C so
pre-heating is not necessary.
