Mini UV BAR

is an UV lighting bar that sports 9

3W UV LEDs. Ideal to highlight fluorescent and UV

paints, this classic bar has LEDs with an average

life of 50,000 and a performance that far exceeds

the classic blacklight lamp projectors. Designed for

applications as varied as parties, social events or

touring, this fixture stands out from the average for

its coverage and its ultra-resistant design. Mini UV

Bar has a linear dimmer of 0-100%, strobe effect,

and can be controlled via DMX in addition to oper-

ating in automatic mode.

Before out factory, this device passed strict inspec-

tion, functions stable and perfect packing. If this

device will be operated in any way different to the

one described in this manual, the product may suf-

fer damages and the guarantee becomes void. Fur-

thermore, any other operation may lead to dangers

like short circuit, burns, electric shock, crash etc. If

any technology changes of this manual, company

Do not power in and open before installation.

Let have a rest when continuous work for

eight hours. It will longer the device using lift.

Installation

•

When install this equipment please make sure

there's no flammable surfaces (decorated

things, etc) and minimum distance of 0.5M from

the equipment to the flammable.

Operation instruction: Press button A will cycle

display 8 different functions effect, the front two

value of LED digit means the current function( see

function map). The end two value means functions’

address and speed. Press B or C can adjust different

value, press D enter.

The installation of the effect has to be built and

constructed in a way that it can hold 10 times the

weight and without any harming deformation.

•

The installation must always be secured with a

secondary safety attachment, e.g. an appropri-

ate safety rope.Never stand directly below the

device when mounting, removing or servicing

the fixture.

DMX address setting

Each fixture must set a specific starting address.

When receiving signal transmission, fixture will

receive channel control signals which from the

starting address.

According to different requirements or easy to use,

the user can set many value fixtures to the same

address, also can set up a separate address for

every device.

If you set the same address,all the devices will

receive from DMX channels signal. All connecting

fixtures are jointly controlled, controller can't sepa-

rate control a device.

If you set a different address, each device will be

separate from its particular set the starting address

and begin accepting DMX512 control signal, so that

more convenient separate control one device. Using

this method must be based on channel quantity of

device to determine a starting address.

If led light has 2 channels.you should set the start-

ing address of the first unit to 1, the second unit to

3 (2+1), the third unit to 5 (4+1), and so on.

1. The applicable temperature for the lighting is

between -25°C to 40°C. Do not use the lighting

under or above the temperature.

2. The installation of the effect has to be built and

constructed in a way that it can hold 10 times

the weight for 1 hour without any harming

Cleaning should be performed every 15-day period,

by using a sponge which is dipped with alcohol,

rather than wet cloth or other chemical liquid, to

clean the mirror.

estrictas inspecciones que avalan su funcionamien-

to. Si opera el equipo de alguna forma no descrita

en el presente manual, el producto puede sufrir

daños severos. La garantía no cubre aquellos daños

Luego de adquirido el producto, procure reti-

rarlo de su embalaje con cuidado. Revise de-

tenidamente que no se haya dañado durante

el envío. En caso de que encuentre daños,

comuníquese de inmediato con el fabricante o

proveedor local.

•

No utilice el equipo si la temperatura ambi-

ente es superior a Ta=40°C.

•

Asegúrese de que todas las partes del equi-

po se mantengan limpias y libres de polvo.

No opere el equipo en ambientes con altas

temperaturas o polvo en exceso. No utilice

limpiadores químicos.

Lea las instrucciones antes de proceder con la

Mantenga una distancia mínima de 50

centímetros entre el equipo y la superficie a

iluminar.

Las personas fotosensibles corren riesgo de

sufrir convulsiones.

•

En caso de que el equipo sufra algún daño, pro-

cure repararlo antes de volver a utilizarlo.

Instalación

•

Instale el equipo sobre superficies no inflam-

ables y a una distancia mínima de 50 centíme-

tros de otros objetos o paredes para permitir la

circulación de aire.

•

Para garantizar una instalación segura, la es-

tructura en la que se fije el equipo debe poder

soportar diez veces su peso durante una hora,

sin sufrir deformaciones.

•

Siempre utilice un cable de seguridad durante

la instalación. Evite situarse debajo del equipo

para realizar su montaje, desmontaje o man-

tenimiento.

3. PANEL DE CONTROL

Instrucciones de uso: Presione el botón A para des-

plegar las 8 funciones de efectos. Las primeras dos

cifras de la pantalla indican la función actual (ver

menú de funciones). Las últimas dos cifras indican

la dirección o velocidad de la función. Presione B o

C para regular los valores de cada función y D para

confirmar la selección.

Configuración de la dirección DMX

Cada equipo enlazado precisa una dirección DMX

única y específica. Una vez conectado, el equipo

recibirá comandos del controlador DMX a través de

la dirección asignada.

El usuario podrá configurar varios equipos con la

misma dirección DMX o con direcciones individuales

de acuerdo con sus requerimientos y necesidades.

Si todos los equipos se configuran con la misma

dirección funcionarán de forma sincronizada. Todos

los equipos conectados se controlan en conjunto, el

controlador DMX no puede manejar un dispositivo

por separado.

Por el contrario, si se configuran con direcciones

diferentes, cada equipo responderá al número de

canal asignado y comenzará a aceptar la señal de

control DMX. Para utilizar este método, tenga en

cuenta la cantidad de canales del equipo a la hora

de determinar una dirección de inicio.

Este equipo cuenta con 2 canales, por lo cual la di-

rección DMX del primer equipo será 1, del segundo

será 3 (2+1), del tercero será 5 (4+1), etc.

Se recomienda realizar la limpieza del equipo cada

quince días. Utilice una esponja humedecida con

alcohol para limpiar el cristal. Evite el uso de paños

mojados o productos químicos.
