The 

SMARTLATCH TIME+TEMP

 uses a common 

AG10 (1.5 VDC)* 

micro alkaline battery. 

TO REPLACE THE BATTERY:

1.

 Remove the battery door using a coin.

2.

 Using a small jeweller’s screwdriver, remove the battery cover.

3.

 Place a fresh battery in the battery compartment with the  

positive (+) side facing up.

4.

 Replace the battery cover and battery door.

SETTING THE TIME AND DATE

1. PRESS & HOLD

 the 

S2

 key.

2.

 Month digit will blink. 

ADJUST MONTH

 by 

PRESSING

 the 

S1

 key. 

PRESS & 

HOLD

 for fast scrolling.

3. ADVANCE

 to set Day by 

PRESSING

 the 

S2

 key. 

SET DAY

 by 

PRESSING

 the 

S1

 key.

NOTE: 

The calendar is programmed for 28 days in February. Date will need to be 

adjusted in leap years.

 key. 

SET HOUR

 by 

PRESSING

 the

 key. 

NOTE: 

The SmartLatch Time+Temp is capable of displaying time in 12 or 24 hour 

formats. When setting hours, time will display 1 through 12 AM & PM, followed 
by 0 through 24.

PRESS

 key. 

SET MINUTES

 by 

PRESSING

 the 

S1

 key.

6. PRESS S2

 to exit the Setting Sequence.

OPERATING THE SMARTLATCH TIME+TEMP

1. PRESS S1

 to scroll through display modes.

2. 

In Temperature Mode, 

PRESS S3

 to 

CHANGE TEMPERATURE 

DISPLAY UNITS

 from °F to °C.
