Introduction

Congratulations! You are officially the proud owner of the Pro Plus 6-IN-

1 Cooker! The Pro Plus 6-IN-1 Cooker is the multifunction cooker that 

does it all. Sear, simmer, roast/bake, slow cook, steam, or keep your 

food warm all with this one kitchen appliance. The best part, using the 

Pro Plus 6-IN-1 Cooker is a faster and healthier way to cook.

Safety Attention and Warnings

• Read all instructions before using.
•  THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. Do not use 

this appliance for anything other than its intended use. Do not use 

outdoors. 

• Always use the appliance on a dry, level surface. 
•  To protect against electrical shock, do not submerge the unit or allow 

the power cord to come into contact with water or any other liquid. 

If the unit falls into liquid, unplug the power cord from the electrical 

outlet immediately. DO NOT reach into the liquid. 

•  Please note that the appliance may become hot during use. DO 

NOT touch hot surfaces; always use the handles. Always use oven 

mitts or pot holders when removing the inner pot. 

•  DO NOT allow young children to operate the appliance or use as a 

toy. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or 

near children. 

•  Remove the power cord from the electrical outlet when not in use, 

before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning. To 

unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the electrical outlet. Never pull 

from the power cord. Allow the appliance to cool before adding or 

removing parts. 

•  DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or 

after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged 

in any manner. Return the appliance to distributor. 

•  DO NOT place or operate this appliance on or near any hot surfaces 

(such as gas or electric burner, stove, or in a heated oven). Do not 

allow plug to touch a hot surface. 

•  Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance 

containing hot oil or other hot liquids. Always use oven mitts or pot 

holders when moving the cooking system. Allow hot oil to cool prior 

to removal or cleaning the appliance. 

•  To avoid possible steam damage, place the cooking system away 

from walls and cabinets during use. 

•  Use extreme caution when removing the lid after cooking. Serious 

burns can result from the steam inside. Always lift and tilt the lid away 

from you when removing, using care to ensure that water does not 

drip back into the appliance.

• DO NOT use the appliance for anything other than its intended use. 
• DO NOT obstruct the steam release vent during use. 
•  Always position the steam vent hole in the back of the unit, away 

from you. 

•  The use of attachments or accessories not recommended by the 

manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or personal injury. 

• DO NOT use this appliance for deep frying. 
•  CAUTION: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, COOK ONLY 

IN THE POT PROVIDED OR IN CONTAINERS RECOMMENDED BY 

DISTRIBUTORS PLACED ON THE COOKING RACK IN THE PROVIDED POT. 

DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE WITHOUT THE REMOVABLE INNER POT 

INSIDE. 

•  To disconnect, turn the function dial to “OFF,” then remove the plug 

from the wall outlet. 

•  This appliance has a cutoff switch which will not allow the appliance 

to heat if the cooking pot is not inserted into the housing or removed 

while cooking. 

•  To avoid the possibility of the cooking system accidentally being 

pulled off the counter top or tabletop, which could result in damage 

to the cooking system or personal injury, do not let the power cord 

hang over the edge of the counter or table. 

•  Leaving food out too long at room temperature can cause 

bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illnesses. It 

is recommended to dispose of any food that has been at room 

temperature for more than an hour. 

•  WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, PLEASE USE THE 

CORRECT PLUG ONLY. If it does not fit, contact a qualified electrician 

to install the proper outlet. DO NOT modify the plug in any way.

Power Light

•  When unit is plugged in and function dial is moved from the off 

position, it will light up blue.

 

o Adjustment dial will light up red.

• This indicates the unit is ON.

LED Display Screen

•  Displays the timer settings for the Slow Cook, Warm, Oven, and   

Steam modes. 

• Also displays the oven temperature settings for the Oven mode.

Time and Oven Temperature Button

•  You can toggle between these two functions (Time and 

Temperature) using this button when in the Oven mode. 

Adjustment Dial

• Using this dial you can:
 

o Set the countdown time when in Slow Cook mode.

 

o Change the time and temperature when using Oven mode.

Function Dial

• Using this dial you can:
 

o Select cooking function. 

 

o Turn unit OFF.

Using Your PRO PLUS 6-IN-1 COOKER:

• Remove and discard of all packing material. 
• Follow the Cleaning Instructions before using.
•  Place unit on a dry, stable surface away from any potential heat 

sources. 

• Place Inner Pot inside Base. 
• Ensure dial is in OFF position. Plug unit in.
•  When ready to turn unit ON, turn dial to the function you want per 

your recipe.  See details of each function below. 

• Red power light will turn on indicating the appliance is ready for use.

Dial Functions:
Stovetop

Use this function to simmer or sear all of your favorite recipes.
• Place the Inner Pot into the Base and plug unit in.
•  Place the ingredients into the Inner Pot in an even layer and cover 

with Lid. 

•  Turn the adjustment dial to Stovetop to turn on the heat. LED display 

will show “ON” and the power light will turn on. 

• Cook food for desired length of time. 
• When finished, turn function dial to “OFF,” and unplug the unit.  
• Serve food. Do not move or handle the unit until completely cool.

• As a safety feature, when in Stovetop mode, the unit will turn off 

automatically:
 

o Stovetop “High” – auto shut-off after 1 hour. 

 

o Stovetop “Low” – auto shut-off after 4 hours.

NOTE: The unit will not function if the Inner Pot is not inside the Base. 
TIP: To Sear meats, set the Stovetop to “High.”
TIP: To Sauté vegetables, set the Stovetop to “Low” or “High.”

Slow Cook:

The 5.5 Liter capacity Inner Pot is ideal for slow cooking a meal for the 

entire family. 
• Place the Inner Pot into the Base and plug unit in.
•  Place the ingredients into the Inner Pot. Do not allow ingredients to 

exceed the top of the Inner Pot. This can result in food boiling over.  

Cover with Lid. 

•  Turn the adjustment dial “Low” or “High” in the Slow Cook setting 

depending on the recipe.  

 

o Slow Cook “High” - LED display will show “4:00.”

 

o Slow Cook “Low” - LED display will show “8:00.”

•  Time can be increased and decreased by 30 minute intervals. 

Maximum of 12 hours slow cooking time. 

• Timer will begin counting down after 3 seconds. 
•  Limit the amount of times you remove the lid during the cooking 

process.

•  After cooking time is complete, the unit will automatically turn into 

Auto Warm for up to 12 hours. 

•  When you have finished using the unit, turn the function dial to “OFF” 

and unplug.

Warm:

Use the Warm mode after cooking is completed to keep food warm 

for up to 12 hours, or to heat up any food that you already have 

prepared. 
• Place the Inner Pot into the Base and plug unit it
• Place the cooked food into the Inner Pot and cover with Lid.
• Turn the function dial to Warm.
• Time is preset to 6 hours.
 

o Turn the adjustment dial to set the desired time.

•  When you have finished using the unit, turn the function dial to “OFF” 

and unplug.

Oven

:

Use this function for roasting meats, roasting vegetables, and for 

baking.  
• Place the Inner Pot into the Base and plug unit it.
• Place the ingredients into the Inner Pot and cover with Lid.
• Turn the function dial to Oven. The power light will illuminate.
•  LED display will show 350°F. Set the temperature needed for the 

recipe by using the adjustment dial. 

 

o  Temperature will adjust in 25° increments from 250°F up to 

425°F.

 

 o  Press the Time/Oven Temperature button once desired 

temperature is reached.

• Use adjustment dial to set cooking time. 
 

 o Timer will increase in 5 minute increments up to total of 6 

hours. 

• Timer will begin counting down after 3 seconds. 
  

o  Time and temperature can be adjusted during cooking cycle 

by pressing the Time/Oven Temperature button and using the 

adjustment dial to adjust time or temperature. 

•  Once cooking is complete the timer will blink for 2 minutes. After 2 

minutes, the power will shut off automatically. 

•  When you have finished using the unit, turn the function dial to “Off” 

and unplug.

Steam:

Use steam infused cooking to cook foods fast and healthy.   
• Place the Inner Pot into the Base and plug unit in.
• Add water to the bottom of the Inner Pot. 
 

 o  General guideline is 1 cup of water = 10 minutes of steam 

time. 

• Place the ingredients into the Inner Pot and cover with Lid.
• Turn the function dial to Steamer. The power light will illuminate.
• Use adjustment dial to set cooking time. 
 

o  Timer will increase in 5 minute increments up to total of 60 

minutes. 

•  If additional water is needed during the cooking process, cautiously 

lift the lid away from you and add room temperature water.  

 

o Water should not exceed the roasting rack or touch the food.  

 

o  Be careful of dripping water when removing lid.  Use pot 

holders or oven mitts.  

 •   When cooking time is complete, unit will auto keep warm for 1 hour.  

Unit will turn off after 1 hour or if water dries out.

    TIP: Some cuts of meat benefit before steaming and some require it 

after. 

Hints & Tips: 

•  Cooking times may vary based on the selected temperature, the 

current temperature of the cooking pot, and the temperature of the 

ingredients. 

•  Always use nonstick utensils in the cooking pot. Metal utensils may 

damage the non-stick coating. 

•  For even browning, make sure that the food is in an even layer on the 

bottom of the Inner Pot or Roasting Rack. 

•  Cooking time and temperature can be adjusted at any time during 

the cooking cycle in Slow Cook and Oven modes. Press the Time/

Oven Temperature button and turn the adjustment dial to adjust. 

•  Cooked foods may not brown or crisp on top as much as in a 

conventional oven. Instead, foods will brown on the bottom and 

crisp on the bottom and sides.

•  If you do not manually set a temperature and time, the unit will 

automatically start at the preset temperature and time. 

•  Multiple modes may be required to cook recipes. To change modes 

during cooking cycles, simply turn the function dial to select the 

new desired mode. Once the new mode is selected, begin the 

programming process. 

•  If the Inner Pot is removed during the cooking cycle and then placed 

back into the unit, the cooking process will continue as though it was 

not interrupted.

Troubleshooting:

PROBLEM

SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS

“Err” Appears on the Display 

Screen 

1.  This occurs when power to the unit is interrupted or if 

the unit is plugged in and the function dial is not in 

the “OFF” position. 

2.  Turn the function dial to “OFF” and then turn dial to 

desired cooking mode. 

3.  If the unit displays “Err” for a prolonged period of time 

due to power failure, dispose of the food for health 

and safety reasons. 

4. Contact Customer Service if the problem continues. 

“E01” Appears on the Display 

Screen 

1.  Inner Pot is not inside the cooking system housing. 

Insert the Inner Pot. 

2. Contact Customer Service if the problem continues.

 

“E02” or “E03” Appears On The 

LED Display 

1.  The Pro Plus 6-IN-1 Cooker is not functioning. Please 

contact Customer Service. 

Cleaning and Storing Your Pro Plus 6 in 1 Cooker:

Cleaning:

•  Wash the Inner Pot, Roasting/Steaming Rack and Lid by hand with 

warm, soapy water.  Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive scrub 

brushes. 

• The Inner Pot may also be washed in the dishwasher. 
 

o The Lid and Roasting Rack are not dishwasher safe. 

•  Do not place the Base in water or in the dishwasher. Wipe it clean 

with a damp cloth and dry immediately. 

Storing:

•  Ensure unit and accessories have all been cleaned per the Cleaning 

Instructions outlined. 

•  Unit and accessories should be stored at room temperature. They 

should not be exposed to high heat or moisture. 

• Keep Instruction Manual and Recipe Guide with stored unit.
