Charger and Adapter Safety

The charger and adapter are intended for indoor use only.

Do not expose the battery charger to direct sunlight or use it in areas of high humidity,
such as the bathroom.

Do not handle the phone with wet hands while it is being charged. It may cause an
electric shock or seriously damage your phone.

Battery Information and Care
l
Use only manufacturer-approved battery and chargers specific to your phone model
since they are designed to maximize battery life.
l
Please dispose of your battery properly or take it to your local wireless carrier for
recycling.
l
Do not dispose of your battery by fire or with hazardous or flammable materials.
l
The battery does not need to be fully discharged before recharging.
l
When charging, please do not remove the battery.
l
Unplug the charger during lightning storms to avoid electric shock or fire.
l
Make sure that no sharp-edged items such as animal

with the battery. There is a risk of causing a fire

Do not disassemble or short-circuit the battery.

Do not place or answer calls while charging the phone as it may short-circuit the phone

Replace the battery when it no longer provides acceptable performance. The battery
can be recharged several hundred times before replacement.

Recharge the battery after long periods of non-use to maximize battery life.

Do not leave the battery in hot or cold places as it may deteriorate battery performance.

Battery life will vary due to usage patterns and environmental conditions.

Use of extended backlighting, Mini-Browser, and data connectivity kits affect battery life
and talk/standby times.

The self-protection function of the battery will cut the power of the phone when its
operation is in an abnormal state. In this case, remove the battery from the phone,
reinstall it, and turn the phone on.
Explosion, Shock, and Fire Hazards
l
Do not put your phone in a place subject to excessive dust and keep the minimum
required distance between the power cord and heat sources.
l
Unplug the power cord prior to cleaning your phone, and clean the power plug pin
when it is dirty.
l
When using the power plug, ensure that it is firmly connected. If it is not, it may cause
excessive heat or fire.
l
If you put your phone in a pocket or bag without covering the receptacle of the phone
(power plug pin), metallic articles (such as a coin, paperclip or pen) may short-circuit
the phone. Always cover the receptacle when not in use.

Do not use harsh chemicals (such as alcohol, benzene, thinners, etc.) or detergents to
clean your phone. There is a risk of causing a fire.

Do not short-circuit the battery. Metallic articles such as a coin, paperclip or pen in your
pocket or bag may short-circuit the + and

terminals of the battery (metal strips on the
battery) upon moving. Short-circuit of the terminal may damage the battery and cause
an explosion.
General Notice

Do not place items containing magnetic components such as a credit card, phone card,
bank book or subway ticket near your phone. The magnetism of the phone may
damage the data stored in the magnetic strip.
l
Talking on your phone for a long period of time may reduce call quality due to heat
generated during use.
l
When the phone is not used for a long period time, store it in a safe place with the
power cord unplugged.
l
Using the phone in proximity to receiving equipment (i.e., TV or radio) may cause
interference to the phone.
l
Do not use the phone if the antenna is damaged. If a damaged antenna contacts skin,
it may cause a slight burn. Please contact a manufacturer Authorized Service Center to
replace the damaged antenna.

Do not immerse your phone in water. If this happens, remove the battery immediately.
If the phone does not work, take it to a manufacturer Authorized Service Center.

Only authorized personnel should service the phone and its accessories. Faulty
installation or service may result in accidents and consequently invalidate the warranty.

The power cord on this product will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State
of California to cause (cancer) birth defects or other reproductive harm. Wash hands

Do not disassemble the phone.

Do not drop, strike, or shake your phone severely. Such actions may harm the internal

The data saved in your phone might be deleted due to careless use, repair of the

Getting Started
Charging the Battery
Use the charger provided with your phone.
Warning!
Use only the charger provided with the phone or authorized by manufacturer.
Use any chargers other than above mentioned may damage your phone or battery.

Plug the end of the adapter into the phone

s charger port. The battery power
level will move after the correct connection.
l
When the battery power level becomes static, the battery is fully charged.
Disconnect the adapter from the phone.
l
The charge time varies depending upon the battery level.

Basic Operation
4.1 Menu Operate
1) In standby screen, press
[ Left Soft ]
key to enter the Main Menu screen.
2) Using
[ Navigation ]
keys to choose the menu item, and press
[ Left Soft ]
key or
[ OK ]
key to enter the item.
You could press the corresponding number keys according to the Menus Overview to
select the item directly.
3) Press
[ Right Soft ]
key to return to the previous menu item or quit
the Main Menu.
4) Press
END/PWR
key to return to the standby screen directly.
4.2 Make a Call
1) Type the phone number or select one contact in the phone book, then press
Call
key.
2) To end the call, press
END/PWR
key.

1. In standby screen, press

key to view the recent calls.
2. Type the speed dial number, press

key to call the assigned contact.
3. In addition, you can make a call to message sender by pressing

4.3 Note In Call
This function is a convenent feature which you can note during a call.
When you need,press

When you have saved call memo,you can find it in menu

4.4 Loud Speaker
This function is a convenient feature which enables you to call using loud speaker

4.5 Receiving Calls
When the phone rings or vibrates (if the Vibrate Mode is enabled), press
Call
key to
answer.
To end an answered call, press
END/PWR
key.
4.6 Call Waiting
While a call is in progress, you may hear two beeps indicating another incoming call.
When call waiting is enabled, you can put the active call on hold while you answer the other
incoming call.
This service should be provided by your service provider.

key again to switch between two calls.
4.7 Speed Dial
Speed Dial allows you to make a call faster by just pressing a corresponding number.

Note:
When keypad is locked, you can still answer an incoming call.
4.9 Alarm
You can set three alarm time by this mobile phone.After you set the alarm time,
the icon will be displayed on the screen.
Snooze Function
When the alarm rings,press Snooze key to stop the alarm for 5/10/15 mins,press
stop key to stop the alarm.
Scheduler keeps your agenda convenient and easy to access. Simply store your
appointments and your phone alerts you with a reminder at the time you set.

Allow you to use the phone as a U Disk when the T-flash card is inserted
in the phone. Connect the phone and a compatible PC correctively with the USB

Keep records of your contacts, search, add, modify or delete.
4.14.1 Add New
You can store multiple contact details under a name: Group ID, Mobile Number, Office
Number, Home Number, Other Number, Ringtone,E-mail address and Note.
Input the details, press

To find phone numbers you have stored in the Phone.

Messages
Text message and voice mailbox become available in the handset.

Allow you to send a text message. If there is any interruption by a call while composing

Sent and unsent text messages can be saved,and the contents may be viewed.
4.15.4 Voice Mail
Voice mail notification indicates the quantity of new voice mail message in your
mailbox.
Only the recent voice mail notification will be stored in your phone, previous message
will be overwritten.
Note:
Check with service provider for availability of this feature.

Message failed in transmission may be stored here.
After selecting the desired message with

There are 9 predefined phrases in the Templates. You may edit the templates and add

Allow you to change Group Name. You may send a message by Group. Select

You can delete all stored messages from different folders and make them empty.

Priority:
When sending a message, you can select the default from

High.
Delivery Ack:
Allow you to select delivery acknowledgement with your messages.
Validity Period:
Allow you to select the validity time with your messages.
Save Sent Message:
With this feature on, messages are automatically saved in
the Outbox after transmitted.
UIM Inbox Lock:
Lock the Archive for your privacy, if you want to enter the
menu Archive in UIM

you need to input lock code.Default lock code is

Auto Scroll Timer:
When view the details of message, if message contents are
more bigger than screen

s, the contentdisplay will be scrolled with the scroll timer.
Auto Delete Inbox:
With this feature on, the latest message is automatically
erased in the inbox when the number of inbox message is up to the max
quantity.
Msg Reminder:
when receive the new message and don

Save Location:
You can save the message in Phone or UIM Card.
Callback Number:
You can make the callback number enable or disable.

. If you store mp3 in the folders with different names, you can

phone. The following way is how to add MP3 songs:
1. Power off the handset, insert the T-flash card in the mobile, lock properly.
2. Power on the handset, connect the handset with PC by USB data cable. Select
Menu > Extras > U Disk>Connect.
3. Copy mp3 files from PC into the folder named
“
My Music
”
.
4. Press

key to disconnect the phone with the PC.
5. Select
Menu > MP3 Player > Music Box,
then you can play MP3.

FM Radio
When you want to play FM Radio, please insert the headset.
1. Access to Radio
You can enjoy radio broadcasting through this phone.

2. Selecting a Channel
When the radio is switched on, the default channel or the channel you
listened to last time is selected. Press

to adjust the volume. You also can press the

3. Listen to the Radio

Switch Off:
Turn off the radio, and back to previous screen.

Record:
Make a record while FM Radio is playing.

When Speaker on, you can listen to the radio without headset.

Edit Channels:
Edit the selected channel

s name and channel frequency.

Auto Scanning:
Search for all available channels automatically and save the
channels by pressing

Reset:
Reset the selected channel to default frequency.

Reset All:
Reset all channels to default frequency.
NOTE:
1.If you set the ring tone or adjust the volume in
Volume Setting
while the radio is on,
the radio will stop playing until you finish setting.
2.When there is an incoming call, the radio will stop automatically until the call is over.
3.Playing FM Radio with headset could have a better performance than without
headset
4. The voice records will be stored in the folder named
Records
in the T-Flash card.

Allow you to take a photo.

You can see the photos list.
Restore Default Settings
In this function, you can set the camera to factory settings.

Call Manager
Call Logs maintains all types of call details and allow you to set Call
Settings (answer mode, call waiting, call forward etc), show call duration and
also allows you to delete call history.

Allow you to view list of all Dialed Calls.

Voice Privacy:
Use an encrypted high security line so that others can not
eavesdrop on your conversation, or use a standard line.
Clear Voice:
You can cut down the noise around when you are making a call.
Call Connect Alert:
With this feature on, you will hear the reminding sound
when the mobile connect to the mobile station during the originating call.
