Safety Cautions
1. Do not place the unit in any place that is
near gas or hot environment in order to avoid
damages or malfunction.
2. To reduce the risk and damage, plug should
be fitted into an individual outlet. The rated
electrical current is not less than 16A.
3. Place the unit on a level surface, the
distance between the unit and its surface
must be not less than 10cm.
4. Do not immerse the appliance and electric
cord in water or liquid, or allow liquid to go
inside the appliance which may cause short
circuiting. The power cord must be unplugged
before cleaning.
5. Do not cover exhaust vent with anything during
cooking, otherwise it will cause danger.
6. To avoid danger, please uncap the lid before
heating tinned food.
7.
If the unit does not start working even after the
inspection by self, please immediately
contact with our service points, do not dissemble
the unit to avoid any danger.
8. Use the power cord recommended by the
appliance manufacturer after it is damaged.
9. It may be dangerous when the metal is
heated directly or indirectly.
10. Do not place the unit on any metal surfaces
or any metal surfaces with a non-metal
padding or mat that is less than 10cm in
thickness.
11. Do not cook with an empty pot, it will cause
malfunction or danger.

- Switch off the induction cooker in case
of any crack on the glass plate.
- The appliance is designed for domestic use
only, and may only be installed and operated
in accordance with this user manual.
- Do not touch the heating zone during or after

12. Always clean the unit to avoid any dust
going into the fan which may affect normal
functioning.
13. Do not touch the glass plate while the
unit is working to avoid getting burned.
14. Do not let children operate the unit unsupervised
to avoid hazards, getting burned or danger.
15. For those who are fitted with cardiac
pacemaker, please seek professional
medical advice before using this product.
16.
Do not operate the unit on a gas stove to
avoid any danger.
17. Please do not place paper, cloth or other
articles under the bottom of the pan during
heating to avoid fire hazard.
18. Do not place the unit on cloth or carpet
to avoid blocking the exhaust vent.
19. Avoid hitting the glass plate to pervent
cracking. Should cracking occur, turn off
the unit and unplug immediately and contact
the Customer Service & Repair Centre as
soon as possible.
20. Do not operate the control panel with
any sharp objects.
21. Do not place any metal on the unit during
operation.

插上電源,所有指示燈亮一次,機器發出
「嗶」一聲,「電源開關」燈 閃爍,
機器處於上電狀態。
Connect power plug, all indicators light once.
A “Beep” sound will be heard will emit and the
indicator above “On/Off” will start to flash,
indicating that cooker is in connection with a
power source.

關」 鍵一次,機器進入待機狀態,電源開
關燈長亮,數碼管顯示「----」。如果60秒
內無人操作,機器會自動關機。
Place cookware at the centre of cooking hob.
Press “On/Off” and the induction cooker
enters stand-by mode. The Power indicator
turns red and digital display shows “- - - -”.
The induction cooker will stop the operation
automatically if left unintended for 60 seconds.

溫度
按「火力/溫度」 鍵進入溫度功能,溫度
指示燈亮,數碼管顯示「220°」,代表機
器在默認溫度220℃工作。可按[+]或[-]調
節功率檔位,從60℃到240℃共10個可調
檔位。
Temp
Press the “Power/Temp.” key until the
temperature indicator lights up. The digital
display shows “220°” representing that
the default temperature is 220
℃

火力
在待機狀態下,按「火力/溫度鍵」 進入
火力功能,對應的指示燈亮,數碼管顯示
「1400」,代表機器在默認功率「1400W」
下工作。可按[+]或[ - ] 調節功率檔位,從
200W到2000W共10個可調檔位。兩邊爐
同時工作時最大總功率為2800W。
Power
Press the“Power/Temp.” key during stand
by mode, the power indicator lights up. The
digital display shows “1400” representing that
the default power is 1400W. User can press
[+] or [-] key to adjust the power level. A total
of 10 power levels can be adjusted from 200W
to 2000W. The total maximum power when 2
burners are working is 2800W.

Timer
Press the “Timer” key and the digital display
shows “00:30”, representing the default time
is 3minutes. User can press [+] or [-] key to
set the time, [+] for minutes and [-] for hours,
the time can be adjusted from 1 minute to 2
hours and 59 minutes. Press “Timer” key
again to confirm the setting or wait until
the display stops flashing. If the timer is set
to “00:00”, the digital display will flash and
the setting will be cancelled after 3 sec. After
the “Beep” signal, the appliance will stop
the operation and return to standby mode
automatically when the timer reaches the end.
定時
按「定時按鍵」 進入定時設置,定時燈
亮,數碼管顯示默認時間「00:30」,代表
預設時間是3分鐘。可按[+] 或[-] 調節時間,
按[+] 調節分鐘,按[-]調節小時,可調節的
時間範圍由1分鐘到2小時59分鐘。設定好後
按定時鍵確認設置或等顯示器停止閃爍。
當設定時 間為「00:00」,顯示閃爍,3
秒後取消定時功能。當倒數完畢後,機
器會載發出「嗶」一聲,停止工作,進入
待機狀態。
鎖定
用戶可按「鎖定」 鍵鎖住電磁爐,鎖定
燈亮,此時除「電源開關鍵」 外,不能
進行其他操作。按3秒「鎖定」 鍵取消鎖
鍵功能。
Lock
To activate the lock, user can press the “Lock”
key, this will lock the appliance, the lock
indicator lights up, and no operation will be
allowed, except for “On/Off” key. Hold “Lock”
for 3s to unlock.

請使用德國寶電磁爐專用或認可之鍋具,
盡量不要選用其他代替品,以免性能受
影響。
Appropriate cookware
- Material
Metal, ferromagnetic stainless steel or cast iron.
- Shape
Flat bottom with a diameter of 12 cm or more,
cookware bottom diameter should not exceed
26 cm and must not weigh over 6kg (with food).

Safety Cautions
- The appliance is not to be used by persons
(including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by aperson
responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
- The temperature of accessible surfaces
may be high when the appliance is operating.
- The appliances are not intended to be
operated by means of an external timer
or separate remote-control system.
- If the glass plate is cracked, switch off the
appliance to avoid the possibility of electric
shock.
- Metallic objects such as knives, forks,
spoons and lids not to be placed on the
glass plate since they can get hot.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order
to avoid a hazard.
- 身體、感知或精神能力有缺陷或無法獲
得經驗和學習知識的人員(包括兒童)
必須在負責其安全的人員監督下或瞭解

6. 在使用時不要直接拔掉電源,為了延長機器使用

7. 為了延長操作時間,風扇會繼續工作散熱,請在
風扇停止工作後拔出電源插頭。
8. 長時間不使用時,請拔出電源插頭。
9. 某些型號附有防止蟑螂進入的設計,如有需要,
可以使用例如樟腦丸來驅逐蟑螂。
注意︰以下幾種情況會造成玻璃面板變色,
實屬正常,不會影響電磁爐正常使用﹕

Note : Over time, cook-top panel may be discoloured
due to one of the following situations.
Operation of induction cooker would not be
affected as this is normal.
- Overheating or burning empty cookware
- Spillage not cleaned immediately
- Cookware not clean
- Long period of usage
- The appliance is not to be used by persons

保養與清潔
Care & Maintenance
1. Remove the power plug prior to cleaning the unit. Do
not clean it until the surface has cooled down.
2. Glass plate, panel and the shell :
- Soft cloth for slight stain.
- For grease, dirt, or blot, clean by using a clean damp
cloth with neutral detergent.
3. Dust and dirt can enter through the exhaust vent While
the fan is working, clean it by brush or cotton stick regularly.
4. Do not wash the unit directly with water to avoid damage.
5. To protect the cooker, ensure there is good contact
between the plug and socket before using.
6. Do not pull out the power cord during operation.
To extend the appliance's life, press the "ON/OFF"
button first, then pull out the power cord.
7. In order to lengthen operating time, the fan will continue
to work to cool down the glass plate. It is better to
unplug after the fan stops working.
8. Pull out the power cord when the the cooker
will not be used for a long time.
9. Some models have structural design to prevent
cockroaches from entering the cooker. If necessary,
use mothball to expel the cockroaches.

If the above remedies/solutions can not fix the problem, unplug the appliance immediately,
contact Service Centre for inspection and repairing, note the error code and report it to Service
Centre. To avoid any danger and damage to the appliance, do not disassemble or repair it by
yourself.

保用條款
此保用提供德國寶產品之機件在正常使用下壹年保用
(自購買日起計算)。
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Under normal operations, the product will gurantee a 1-year full
warranty provided by German Pool (effective from the date of
purchase).
1. Customer who fails to present original purchase invoice will
not be eligible for free warranty service.
2. Customer should always follow the operating
instructions. This warranty does not apply to:
- labour costs for on-site installation, check-up, repair,
replacement of parts and other transportation costs;
- damages caused by accidents of any kind (including
material transfer and others);
- operating failures resulting from applying incorrect voltage,
improper usage, and unauthorized installations
or repairs.
3. This warranty is invalid if:
- the purchase invoice is modified by an unauthorized party;
- the product is used for any commercial or industrial purposes;
- the product is repaired or modified by unauthorized
personnel, or unauthorized parts are installed;
- the serial number is modified, damaged or removed from
the product.
4. German Pool will, at its discretion, repair or replace any
defective part.
5. This warranty will be void if there is any transfer of
ownership from the original purchaser.
