USING A WATERPROOF CASE
The waterproof case has been specially designed for your camera G300. It’s waterproof up
to 30 meters and also provides shock protection. It’s designed to be used when performing
water sports, diving or playing sports in damp environments. Using the waterproof case greatly
reduces the camera’s sound recording ability.

In order to guarantee that it’s perfectly watertight, it’s important that the seal gasket is kept
clean. Dust or grains of sand could be enough to create a leak

in the case. You can easily remove the gasket to rinse it in clean water. Dry the gasket and
reinstall the correct direction.

In order to limit the presence of fog or condensation in the case caused by
temperature differences between the inside and outside of the case, we strongly
recommend that you place anti-fog paper in the case every time you use it. This
accessory is sold separately in all DECATHLON shops and decathlon.com.

This camera can do directly slowmotion : to access to this function, do a long press (2 seconds)

ENABLING / DISABLING WIFI
Once WiFi is activated you can:
- Control and configure your camera from your smartphone
by downloading the "GSmart DV" app, available on
GOOGLE PLAY

(Android) and APPLE STORE

(Ios),
- When the WiFi is activated, the camera broadcasts a WiFi
hotspot.
The network name (SSID) is the name of the camera and the
default password is:
1234567890
.

Caution
: To configure the different setting of video, you must first be on VIDEO mode.

Video looping
ON/OFF. When activated and memory card full, the camera overwrites
the oldest file in order to continue recording.
White Balance
Auto, daylight, cloudy, tungsten, fluor, diving.
Microphone
OFF, from level 1 to level 5
Date stamp
To incrust date in the video : OFF, date, date and time

- Center: Perfect mode when you shoot a character (skier, runner,...) in
stable conditions, meaning that you are able to secure a stable framing.

or a car or an helicopter but pointing the scene out the windows

To adjust the camera’s sensitivity in low-light environments, and creates
a balance between brightness and resulting image noise: Auto, 50, 100,

Affects the brightness of your video. Adjusting this setting can improve
image quality when shooting in environments with contrasting lighting
conditions: -2.0, -1.0, 0.0, +1.0, +2.0

Pairing your camera and remote control.

Press and hold the "Picture" & "Video" keys for 3 seconds on the remote, then release:
remote LED is blinking.

Turn the camera on.

When the camera enters into the real live interface, and the middle blue indicator lights up,
the pairing is finished.
Note: Only need to pair once, afterwords the camera will recognize automatically;
WiFi function & remote controller can not be used simultaneously.
Picture key
Press once to take a single picture.
Video key
Press once to start recording a video, press again to stop.
Power OFF key
Press and hold for 4 seconds to turn off the camera.
Right indicator
When WiFi is activated, flicker with blue
Middle indicator
When paired finished, light is blue,
When during charging, light is red,
During charging when camera is on, light is purple.
Left indicator
When video recording, flicker is green,
When picture captured, flicker once for each single picture.
USING PC CAMERA (WEBCAM)
The Camera can be used as a PC camera (webcam)
a. Connect camera and PC via a USB cable.
b. Turn the camera on.
c. When the camera monitor shows "MSDC" icon, press the shoot button to switch to "PC CAM"
mode.

RESET THE CAMERA
The "Reset" button is near to the USB and TF card interface.
When the camera does not work properly or is jammed, you might press and hold the "SHOOT"
button for 2 seconds to reset the camera, so that you can restart the camera for properly
shooting.
REVIEWING FILES ON CAMERA SCREEN

Select the file format to see with wifi button and validate by shoot button.
Files can be protected or deleted in preview menu accessible by short press on POWER button.
To leave the preview menu: long press on SHOOT button.
