E. PRODUCT SAFETY FEATURES
1. Automatic Defrosting
To ensure the unit operates and performs as stated, the unit has
been designed with an Automatic defrost function as frost can be
produced on the surface of the evaporator in low temperatures.
When the temperature sensor detects the room temperature has
dropped to 16°C or lower, the Auto Defrost function will start and
the DEFROST symbol
will be displayed on the LCD screen.

If the temperature evaporator sensor becomes open circuit or
short circuit the DEFROST light
will start blinking.
Unit will operate in a humidifying and defrosting mode,
dehumidifying for 20 minutes and then defrosting for 5 minutes.
