READ BEFORE INSTALLATION:
• Panels may be heavy. Be careful to avoid injury when installing.
• Two adults are required for the installation of your sauna
• There is a
“
+
”
button or a
“–”
button at the side of each panel. The panels will be installed
by corresponding one “+” panel to one “–” panel as below at the time of install. The panel with
the “+” button should be lifted up about 4 inches (10cm) higher than the panel with the
“-“ button (Refer to Picture 1). Place the “+” panel against the “–” panel (Refer to Picture 2),
and then slide down the panel with “+” button until the two panels are equal in height (Refer to
Picture 3). If they are not equal in height or there is an obvious gap between the two panels, this
means they are not properly attached, and you should try again.
The panels should be installed in the following order:
1. Floor
2. Back Wall
3. Left Side Wall
4. Right Side Wall
5. Under Bench Support
6. Bench
7. Front Wall
8. Roof

Assembly Instructions
1) Place the floor in the desired location on a level surface (Note: The floor panel must be
level before installing the wall and roof panels. If the surface is not level you may need to
shim the bottom panel to make it level.)
2) Place back wall in the slot of floor.
3) Place the right side wall in the slot of floor.
4) Place the left side wall in the slot of floor.

5) Installing the Under Bench Support and Bench:
•
Slide the Under Bench Support Panel down the wooden supports with the heater facing
out.
•
Make sure the two side slots of the Bench Support Panel slide completely into the
corresponding grooves of the wooden supports . (Refer to Photo 1)
•
Connect the power connector from the back of the Under Bench Support Panel to the floor
Panel then connect the other power connector from the back of Under Bench Support
Panel to the Right Wall Panel. Ensure the connection is completely fastened (Refer to
Photo 2)
•
Place the Bench on the Bench Support Panel and slide toward the Back Wall until flush to
the Back Wall. (Refer to Photo 3)

6) Place the front panel in the slot of floor panel .
7) Place the top panel on the four side panels. Make sure the connection wires from the three side
panels protrude through the corresponding holes of the top panel.
• Make sure the top panel’s arched side is facing to the front.
• Make sure the wire is through each hole smoothly and completely.
• Make sure trim of the top panel fits completely around the four side panels.

8) Make sure each of the lead wires on the top of the left, right, back and front panels is
protruding through the top panel; then plug each of the four lead wires into the four connectors
of the top panel as in the photo below
9) Remove the screws used to lock the AM/FM/CD player before using.
10) Congratulation! You have finished the installation of your new Clearlight Infrared
Sauna.

CONTROL PANEL INSTRUCTION
1) Press
“
POWER
”
to turn your sauna on or off.
2) “TIME
”
refers to the amount of time for your sauna session. Once your sauna is powered
on, the default session time of 45 minutes will be displayed. Press
“
UP Arrow or
“
DOWN
Arrow
”
to adjust and set the maximum time for your sauna session; pressing once will
increase or decrease the time in 5 minute increments. The maximum operating time is 60
minutes. After the session time is set, the number will flash for about three seconds.
After the set “Time” stops flashing , the remaining time, in minutes, will be displayed.
3) “TEMP
”
shows the current temperature inside the sauna and allows you to set a maximum
temperature for your session. “Celcius/Fahrenheit” allows you to switch the displayed
temperature in either Celcius or Fahrenheit.
Press
“
UP Arrow
”
or
“
DOWN Arrow
”
below the temperature display to adjust and set the
temperature in the sauna room; pressing once will increase in one degree increments. The
maximum set temperature is 150°F / 65°C.
After you set the sauna temperature, the set temperature displayed will flash for about 5
seconds. After the numbers of the set temperature stop flashing, the number indicated will
show actual air temperature inside sauna room.
4) Press “Outside” to turn on or off the outside lights.
5) Press “Inside” to turn on or off the inside lights and press “Outside” to turn on or off the
outside lights.
Note:
The remote controller is operates the same as above.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLOR LIGHT THERAPY SYSTEM
1. To activate the color light therapy system press the “Color Light” button on the sauna
control panel. Upon turning the system on, the color light system will go into an
automatically cycling mode, changing color every 8 seconds:
2. Press the “Color Light” button 2 times: Light system will glow GREEN
3. Press the “Color Light” button 3 times: Light system will glow RED
4. Press the “Color Light” button 4 times: Light system will glow BLUE
5. Press the “Color Light” button 5 times: Light system will glow YELLOW
6. Press the “Color Light” button 6 times: Light system will glow TURQUOISE
7. Press the “Color Light” button 7 times: Light system will glow VIOLET
8. Press the “Color Light” button 8 times: Light system will turn OFF
9. The Color Light System automatically turns off when the sauna is turned OFF.
