Step 1: Software Installation
Insert product CD to your PC. At the welcome screen, please click
Driver
to install the device driver
& utility.
If you do not see the welcome screen, go to
Start>My
Computer and click to open CD-ROM drive.
Then double click
autorun.exe
and wait a few seconds for the welcome screen to show up.
Once the installation is finished, click
Finish
button to
restart your computer.
Step 2: Restart your computer
Plug the CNet Wireless-N Pico USB adapter into a USB
port on your Laptop or Desktop computer.
Step 3: Connect the USB adapter

Available Network tab
To connect to a wireless network, double click on the
Wireless Utility icon in the system tray or on the desktop.
Click on Available Network tab to view all the access
points within range of the adapter. Double Click on the
Access Point’s SSID to join the network. If the wireless
network you selected requires security, the utility will guide
you through the appropriate security setup.
After the signal strength is indicated, you have
successfully set up your wireless network on your PC or
Laptop.

Unable to connect to a wireless network?
1. Ensure that the LEDs of your router are correctly lit.
Check whether your Wireless LAN settings (e.g. SSID, Channel Number) are the same as the router’s.
Check whether you use the same encryption key (e.g. WEP or WPA) for both CQU-906 and the router.
2. Make sure that your CQU-906 is correctly installed.
Check that your CQU-906 is plugged in properly to the USB port or try to plug the CQU-906 into another USB
port if available.
The LED on CQU-906 should be lit. If not, (i) there could be a hardware problem, or (ii) CQU-906 is disabled or
(iii) device driver is not installed properly.

Paso 1: Instalar Software
Inserte CD en su PC. En la ventana de bienvenida, pulse en
Driver
para instalar el controlador y la
utilería del dispositivo.
Si no puede ver la pantalla de bienvenida, vaya a
Inicio>Mi Pc y
pulse para abrir la unidad de
CD-ROM. Después haga doble clic en
autorun.exe
y espere unos segundos a que la pantalla de
bienvenida aparezca
Una vez que la instalación haya finalizado, haga clic en el
botón
Finish
para reiniciar el equipo.
Paso 2: Reinicie su computadora
Enchufe el CNet Wireless-N Pico adaptador USB a un
puerto USB de su computadora portátil o computadora de
escritorio.
Paso 3: Conectar adaptador USB

Para conectarse a una red inalámbrica, haga doble clic en
el icono inalámbrico en la bandeja del sistema o en el
escritorio.
Pulse en la pestaña “redes disponibles”para ver los
access points dentro del rango del adaptador. Doble Clic
en el SSID del Access Point SSID para unirse a la red. Si
la red inalámbrica que seleccionó requiere seguridad, la
utilidad le guiará a través de la configuración de
seguridad adecuada.
Después que la intensidad de la Señal se indica, entonces
se ha creado la red inalámbrica en su Pc u ordenador
portátil.
Paso 4: Conectar a una red wireless

No se puede conectar a una red inalámbrica?
1. Asegúrese de que los LED del router están correctamente iluminadas.
Compruebe si su Configuraciones de LAN inalámbrica (por ejemplo, SSID, Channel Number) son los mismos
que del router.
Compruebe si se utiliza la misma clave de cifrado (por ejemplo, WEP o WPA), tanto para CQU-906 y el router.
2. Asegúrese de que su CQU-906 se ha instalado correctamente.
Verifique que su CQU-906 está conectado correctamente al puerto USB o pruebe a conectar el CQU-906 a otro
puerto USB si está disponible.
El LED CQU-906 debe estar encendida. Si no, (i) que podría haber un problema de hardware, o (ii) CQU-906
está deshabilitado o (iii) controlador de dispositivo no está instalado correctamente.
