Safety
and General
Information
Please read the following information before
using this product
Users are not permitted to make changes or modify the product
and the accessories in any way.
•
Do not
use the product while operating a motor vehicle.
•
To avoid electronic interference and/or compatible
conflicts,
turn off
the product in any facilities where
posted notices instruct you to do so.
For example: Aircraft, Military Base, Hospital or Health
Care Facilities.
•
To avoid impairing your hearing in the long-term operation,
keep the headset volume in the moderate level.
•
Keep away from fire, water, and high voltage equipment.
•
Follow the charging procedure described in this guide to
charge the product.

Charging
the BTS
First time use
Charging the battery before use is recommended but
not required. The BTS ships pre-charged, however, the
initial charge may vary. Low battery is indicated by the
status indicator blinking red with an audible tone every
20 seconds.
Charging using the USB cable
Connect the charging cable with the charging port
of the headset below the control panel of the right
earphone. Connect cable to the USB port of a PC or
Mac. The status indicator will be red while charging
and will turn off when fully charged.

Pair mode
Begin with the headphones
powered off. Push and hold
the multifunction button for
8 seconds until the status
LED begins to flash both
blue and red. You are now
in Pair Mode and your
device will be able to see
the BTS for pairing.

Pairing
1. Keep the BTS and your device within 10 feet while pairing.
2. Put the BTS into Pair Mode by pushing the multifunction
button for 8 seconds until the LED light begins to flash
both blue and red.
3. Begin searching for Bluetooth devices on your
smartphone or PC.
4. The BTS will appear in the list of available
devices as “66 BT Sport”
5. Tap to connect and pair.
6. You are now connected and the LED will flash blue only to
indicate successful communication every 4 seconds.
•
If the pairing is not successful, switch off headphones by pushing
the multifunction button for 3 seconds, then re-pair according to the
steps outlined above.
•
After pairing is successful, paired devices will remember each other
unless pairing information is deleted. There is no need to pair again.
•
The headphones will connect with the most recent paired device.
If you want to pair with other Bluetooth devices, switch off the
Bluetooth function of the current device, then pair and connect it with
the new Bluetooth device according to the steps outlined above.

Your BTS features Bluetooth Multipoint technology enabling the
headset to be connected to two (2) devices at the same time.
For example, you can enjoy music through your smartphone
and receive calls from your PC while staying connected to both
devices simultaneously. The BTS knows which device is ringing
and will connect to the right one automatically.
Setup
1. Connect your BTS headset to your first device
(i.e. smartphone)
2. Power off the BTS
3. Connect your BTS headset to your second device
(i.e. PC or Mac)
4. Power off the BTS
5. Turn on the BTS
6. Both devices will automatically connect to the BTS
and Multipoint is now enabled.

Making a call
1. Use the keypad on your smartphone to dial
the desired number
2. Press the “Send” or “Dial” key on your smartphone
to initiate the call
3. Your call is automatically routed to BTS

4. Enable the voice recognition function on your
smartphone
5. Double-tap the multifunction button on the BTS.
You will hear a beep.
6. Clearly say the name of the person you wish to call
Answering a call
7. If a call comes in while you’re listening to music,
you will hear a beep prompt from the headset and the
ringtone as well.
8. To answer the call, simply tap the multifunction
button once.

End a Call
Use either of the following methods to end a call.
•
Press the multifunction button once to end the call from
the headset.
•
End the call from your phone’s keypad.
If you are listening to music when making a call or receiving
a call, the BTS will switch the connection from the music
player profile (A2DP) to the mobile phone profile (HSP or
HFP). Music will be temporarily paused. After you end the
call, your music will automatically resume playing.
Note: when you press the multifunction button to answer or end a
call, you only need to tap the button one time. Do not press and
hold the button.

Refuse a Call
When receiving an incoming call, press and hold the
multifunction button for about 2 seconds until you hear
a prompt from the headset. Release the button to refuse
the call.
Redial the last dialed number
Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds.
Release the button to automatically redial the last dialed
number.
Adjust volume
In call mode or music mode, press the volume +/-
buttons to adjust volume. Single short presses will adjust
the volume one level at a time. When the volume level
reaches the maximum or minimum level, the headset will
play a short beep prompt.

Play/Pause music
When idle, press the multifunction button one time to play
or pause music.
Previous/Next track
When playing music, you can press the Previous Track
button to play the previous track, or press the Next Track
button to play the next track.

If the headset disconnects or will not pair, please check
the following:
•
Ensure that the headset has enough power, is
turned on and has been successfully paired to
the phone.
•
Ensure that the Bluetooth function of your phone
is enabled.
•
Check if the range between the headset and phone
is over 10 meters (30 ft).
•
Be mindful of walls, structural disturbance or other
electrical devices between the headset and phone.

The BTS features a rechargeable lithium polymer battery. A
normal charge takes around 2-3 hours from empty. The red
LED will turn on to indicate charging and turn off to indicate
when the BTS is fully charged.
•
When the battery is nearly empty, the red LED will flash
every 30 seconds. You will also hear an audio prompt from
the BTS in the form of short beeps to indicate low battery.
•
The BTS has the ability to display real-time battery level via
a battery icon on-board iOS devices such as the iPhone,
iPad and iPod Touch. This icon displays the current battery
level of the headset.
•
When charging is complete, please pull out the USB
cable from the headset. Keeping the cable plugged in for
extended periods of time may shorten the lifespan
of the battery.
•
Do not use the headset in extreme hot or
cold temperatures.
•
Do not install, place or use the headset near any
source of heat such as a microwave oven, stove, radiator,
toaster, coffee maker or other appliance that gives off
significant heat.
•
Do not disassemble the headset.

please do not use them while driving or in any other activity where
failure to hear surrounding ambient sound could be dangerous. Use
of these headphones at excessive volumes may cause permanent
hearing damage. Always turn down the volume before use.
