•  Liquids - Do not expose your device to 

liquids or extreme humidity. Liquids can 

get into the product’s circuits, leading to 

damage and corrosion. If it does get wet, 

don’t try to accelerate drying with the use 

of an oven or dryer, as this may damage 

the device.

•  Extreme heat/cold – Avoid placing your 

device near a heat source or in direct 

sunlight. Extreme temperatures can cause 

the battery to swell, leak or malfunction.

•  Cleaning – Use a clean cotton cloth. Don’t 

use alcohol or other cleaning solutions.

•  Never place the device over other electronic 

devices.

•  Do not attempt to repair or take apart 

the device by yourself. Contact 5LINX

1. 

Connect the Micro USB cable (included) 

to the Micro USB port on the 5LINX 

PowerPlay and connect the USB Cable to 

the Power Charger Adapter Plug.

2. 

Plug the Adapter Plug into an electrical 

wall outlet to fully charge the battery 

(approx. 8 hours).

3. 

Red indicator light is on while charging 

and will turn off when fully charged.

         Do not charge additional devices while  

         charging the 5LINX PowerPlay, this     

         will damage the device.

Pairing your Bluetooth enabled 

device to your 5LINX PowerPlay

1.  Go to your mobile device’s Network 

Settings.

2.  Set your Bluetooth device to discover.  

Follow your device’s instruction guide.  

This usually involves going into a “setup”, 

“connect” or “Bluetooth” menu.

5LINX PowerPlay doesn’t work with all apps.

3.  Turn your 5LINX PowerPlay device’s 

speaker on.

4.  Locate the 5LINX PowerPlay on your 

Bluetooth device & select “5LINX” from 

the list.

5.  Your 5LINX PowerPlay will beep when 

pairing is complete.

In case of unsuccessful pairing, repeat the

Charging Devices (not compatible 

with iPad 1, 2 & Motorola cell phones)

1.  Connect the USB end of the charging 

cable that came with your mobile device 

to the OUT port on the 5LINX PowerPlay.

2.  Connect the micro USB end to your 

mobile device.

3.  During charging, the green indicator light 

will stay on.

Hands-free calling

1.  Connect the 3.5mm Male to Male Stereo 

Audio Cable to the AUX connector on 

your 5LINX PowerPlay.

2.  Connect the other end of the 3.5mm 

Male to Male Stereo Audio Cable to your 

mobile device’s headphone jack.

3.  Make, receive and end calls on your 

mobile device as you normally would.
