Q10   CS   -­‐   COFFEE   MACHINE   –   CLEANING   INSTRUCTIONS   

DAILY   CLEANING   

Each   cleaning   cycle   will   take   15minutes.      

Cleaning   must   be   carried   out   at   least   once   a   day.

IMPORTANT:   

MILK   IS   A   FOOD   PRODUCT   

THAT   REQUIRES   

MAXIMUM   HYGIENE!   

NOT   PERFORMING   

REGULAR   DAILY   CLEANING   

CAN   CAUSE   BLOCKAGES   

THAT   CAN   DAMAGE   THE   

MACHINE   

Always   wear   protecKve   gloves   
and   eye   protecKon   when   dealing   
with   chemicals   

Ensure   a   cleaning   sign   is   

displayed   on   coffee   machine   
during   the   cleaning   cycle   

The   machine   should   not   be   leV   
unaWended   at   any   Kme   during   

the   cleaning   process   as   this   could   
cause   a   safety   hazard.   

Coffee   cannot   be   served   once   the   
cleaning   cycle   has   started   .   

It   CANNOT   be   stopped,   even   if   
the   machine   is   switched   off.   

Open   the   cleaning   control   flap   by   
pressing   and   releasing   using   the   

indentaKon.   

Pour      a   50ml   dose   of   Cimbali   
Ecojetsan   into   a   suitable   cleaning   

container   and   mix   with   0.7   liter   of   
cold   water

When   the   cleaning   cycles   are   finished,   
the   message   ‘Wash   Completed   

Machine   Ready   Press   Any   Key’   will   
appear.   Press   any   buWon   on   the   front   

to   conKnue.   Place   milk   tube   back   into   
milk   container.   

Wipe   the   exterior   of   the   machine   
with   a   damp   or   saniKsed   cloth.

Once   the   Chocolate   wash   has   
completed   press   any   buWon   on   the   

front   panel   and   close   the   side   flap   

Press   and   hold   both   the   milk   and   
coffee   cleaning   buWons   to   acKvate   

the   chocolate   wash.

The   numbers   on   the   boWom   of   
the   display   indicates   the   Kme   
remaining.   At   the   end   of   this   

cycle      empty   the   container   and   fill   
with   fresh   cold   water   following   
the   on-­‐screen   instrucKons   

Press   and   hold   the   milk   wash   cleaning   
buWon   again   to   acKvate   the   rinse   

cycle.   

Press   and   hold   the   milk   cleaning   
buWon   unKl   the   message   
requesKng   the   pipe   is   in   

container,   press   again   to   confirm.

Press   and   hold   the   coffee   cleaning   
buWon   unKl   the   message   ‘start   

washing   ‘appears   then   press   again   to   
start   the   cycle.   

Remove   the   milk   pipe   from   the   milk   
container   and   place   in   the   mixed   

cleaning   soluKon

Wipe   the   exterior   of   the   machine   
with   a   saniKsed   cloth.
