Slide the rod through the Octagon Pole (C52-223) and then the

NOTE:

In areas where humidity
and salinity levels are high,
it is recommended that a
layer of auto wax be applied
and hand buffed, at 3 to 4
month intervals. In all other
areas, wax and buff at least
once a year to protect the
stand from corrosion. If
corrosion appears, clean the
area with a fine steel wool
pad, reapply wax, and hand
buff the affected area.

DELIVERY SYSTEM

Triple Crown comes standard with deep, adjustable wheels
(C6-411-23A) and brush housings (TC6-431) [Figure 4].

To set your deep, adjustable wheel, remove the two front and
one back hold screws (Figure 8) from the housing with a phillips
screwdriver. Place the tab on the adjuster plate (Figure 5) in the
proper wheel setting notch. Notch #1 (the notch to the far left) is
for the largest vends, and Notch #6 (the notch to the far right)
is for the smallest vends.

If you'll be using capsules, you will need the 1" Capsule Wheel
and Housing (C6-411-22J and TC6-441S) [Figure 6] or, if you're
using 850 count gum, the Rocket Jumbo Wheel and Housing
(C6-411 and TC6-441H) [Figure 7].

(Figure 8)

The Rocket Wheel will take gumballs up to 850 count. The 1" Capsule
Wheel will take larger count gumballs and up to 1.25" capsules.

Remember, your Triple Crown dumps product from the front of the
machine. Set the delivery wheel into the product sleeve of the machine.
Make sure you set the timing of the product wheel before tightening the
hold screws (Figure 8). To set the timing, simply make sure one opening
in the wheel is directly over the opening in the merchandise chute.

Now that the wheels are timed and in place, tighten the 3
hold screws on the brush housing securely.  (Figure 9)

Fill the machine with the product. Close the lid and lock it.
Your machine is now ready to vend.

The lid is hinged for convenience in servicing the unit. The
lid is not intended to be used as a shelf while servicing.
Weight on the open lid could cause damage to the unit.

NOTE:

To remove the lid, open and slide to the left when looking
at the front of the unit. To replace the lid, align the pin in
the lid with the hinge on the case and slide to the right.

CHANGING CANDY OR CAPSULES

Looking into the cash box you'll notice 3 small trap doors (Fig. 10),
located on the underneath side of the product platform.

To drain the product from the Triple Crown machine, simply place
a container under the trap door and slide the door out to release
the product into the container. When removing the trap door apply
slight downward pressure before sliding outward. You will need
to turn the coin mechanism 180º (

/

 rotation. Handle should be

horizontal) using the proper coin in each mech to align the delivery
wheel with the trap door opening.

Be sure to wipe out the product sleeve with a dry cloth when
changing from one product to another.
